Ballot Measure One

It is an amendment to Article 1 section 11 of the New York Constitution. This amendment protects against unequal treatment. The unequal treatment that is protected are the following: race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, and pregnancy outcomes, as well as reproductive health care and autonomy.
