Ballot Measures

Ballot Measure One

Authorize auditing of the state legislature, and remove some existing regulations regarding the auditing process.

Ballot Measure Two

Repeal the requirement that students must achieve a certain competency level on the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) exam to graduate high school.

Ballot Measure Three

Enable unionizing and collective bargaining for transportation network drivers.

Ballot Measure Four

Allow persons 21 years of age or older to grow, possess, and use natural psychedelic substances. Additionally, establish a commission to regulate the licensing of psychedelic substances and services. This would impose an excise tax rate of 15% on the sale of psychedelic substances at licensed administration facilities, authorize local areas to levy an additional tax of up to 2% on psychedelic substances and regulate the time, place, and manner of the operation of natural psychedelic substance licenses.

Ballot Measure Five

Gradually increase the wage of tipped employees (currently $6.75) until it meets the state minimum wage ($15.00) in 2029, while still permitting tipping.
